Approved by the National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH), the reusable N95 envo® mask respirator is designed for superior comfort and seal.
Each kit includes an N95 envo® mask respirator with the following features:
- A lightweight plastic body that enables easy cleaning and filter changes.
- Patented, latex-free AIRgel® cushion technology that contours around the face, providing secure, all-day comfort and freedom from foggy eyewear.
- One adult size designed to fit most faces. If you are taller than 5’2” and shorter than 6’2”, it is likely that the mask will fit.
- The envo® mask measures approximately 4 inches (10 cm) from top to bottom and 5 inches (12 cm) from side to side. The mask should rest easily on the bridge of your nose, cheeks, and chin. For those with petite facial features, a larger than average or elongated nose, or a wide and flat nose bridge, the mask may not fit or obtain a seal.
The kit also includes:
- Five (5) individually packaged filters that remain electrostatically charged until ready to use. Each filter has a ten-year shelf life, allowing for long-term storage.
- Your choice of a traditional Holo head strap or QuickFit earhooks.
- A slim case for easy transport.
Note: Only envo® mask N95 filters are compatible with the envo® mask respirator body. No other filter may be used with the envo® mask body, regardless of fit. Please dispose of filters immediately following contamination or damage.

Which headgear comes with the envo® mask respirator?
When ordering on envomask.com, you may choose between the Holo or QuickFit headgear. The Holo headgear is automatically the default option if you do not select a headgear.

Sleepnet Corporation manufactures the envo® mask and the envo® pro in the USA at its headquarters in Hampton, New Hampshire.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
What are the envo® mask filters made of?
The envo® mask N95 filters are four layers, including proprietary fibers, making the envo® mask one of the lowest resistant masks on the market. Lower resistance equates to easier breathability.
What is the warranty for my envo® mask or envo® pro?
Envo® offers a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
What is the purpose of the vent plug on the envo® mask?
The vent plug provides two-way protection in the envo® mask that comes with an exhalation valve. Without the plug, the mask with an exhalation valve protects you from environmental particulates only. If you choose to use the plug, it will protect others from your air droplets that may carry a virus. The vent plug installs inside the filter cover and plugs the vent holes. If you purchase a mask without an exhalation valve, you do not need to use the vent plug.
What is the purpose of the envo® mask shield?
The envo® mask shield is a physical barrier that protects the filter. Install the shield by clipping it onto the mask’s filter cover. It is an added measure of protection for those working in harsher environments. The shield only works with the envo® mask respirator.
What is in the envo® mask kit?
Each envo® mask respirator kit comes with a mask body, filter cover, five N95 filters, vent plug, storage case, and choice of headgear: Holo or Quickfit.
- Mask body: The mask body is the main component of the mask, with an interior gel cushion and outer plastic frame that holds the filter.
- Filter cover: The filter cover is a plastic frame that holds the filter in place on top of the mask body.
- N95 Filter (5): Each kit comes with five filters that are N95 certified by NIOSH.
- Vent Plug: The vent plug is a white plastic plug that installs inside the filter cover and plugs the vent holes.
- Storage Case: The storage case makes it easy to keep all of your mask components clean and in one place.
- Choice of Headgear: The Holo headgear fits on the crown of your head. The QuickFit headgear has hooks that fit around your ears.

Rocky start but great 2nd week - I am sold
I tried the mask and it hurt my ears, called the company asking for a refund and the first thing the guy said was no problem. I can process that right now. _x000d_

He then asked if he could just get some feedback to ask what my experience was like. I was intrigued he wasn’t fighting me at all and I wanted to tell him what went wrong. I explained that my ears hurt and he asked me if I had the mask. He then took me through how to use it and all of a sudden it felt much better – Only one problem – It was on too loose. _x000d_

Well then it’s probably on as much as it needs to be. He then walked me through the gel and when I tried to say, no it’s not on good enough he walked me through how the gel works. I then tried to see if it was sealed by covering my mouth and yes it was sealed._x000d_

The person on the phone said “if it doesn’t work, return it, but try it again. see if it works – you bought the mask for a reason and I’d hate to see you go through all that trouble and not get what you are looking for. Was I talking to a mask company or American Express. I have not had this type of service anywhere.”_x000d_

The real test was seeing if it was going to fog my glasses or not. It didn’t the first time when I had it on tight, but then this time I thought maybe it would since it was on loose._x000d_

I called them up a week later and told them everything was working well the only issue I had is the mask only came with five filters._x000d_

When I complained about this, the person asked me – how many paper masks do you go through in a week? I told him about 10 or 15 – He then reminded me I only went through five in almost two weeks. He stated we either sell people 100 spare filters or 10 spare filters but that’s separate from the mask. _x000d_

I was going to buy 10, and he asked why not get 100 now. you’ll save on shipping 10 boxes 10 different times and you will get a better price. “by the time you have gone through 100 filters you would have gone through 200-400 paper masks. I listend and got them and will do a three month review after the filters are used up – still – the mask should come with 30 filters – just my opinion.

90 day of use - The Best Mask
I couldn’t be more grateful and satisfied with the past three months of usage. As a carpenter working for a small general contracting company that specializes in new residential construction, I am asked to perform various tasks that require or are made easier by an effective particulate respirator. From drilling in concrete, vacuuming and sweeping drywall dust, cutting dusty materials such as densglass and cutting and sanding high tannin woods such as cedar and redwood, my job requires high exposure to particulate matter. Usually that exposure leads to allergic reactions, sneezing and general discomfort, setting aside the long term damage to my respiratory system. The envo masks has alleviated many of those concerns. I haven’t felt as comfortable wearing a mask as I have with envo. I’ve stayed productive while milling cedar trim on a table saw and hardly notice the mask on my face all day. The ease which which I can remove the straps from my ears allows me to stay hydrated and communicate with my coworkers without having to remove other protective equipment like hats and goggles. To be completely honest, sometimes the conditions of the jobsite and the need to get things done efficiently, causes me to forgo a respirator due to the hassle conventional masks require. They are always getting dusty, they don’t hold form after a while and due to a lack of an air seal, they sometimes seem useless, a box to check to make the safety inspector and boss happy. Not so with the envo mask. I like wearing it. It makes me life easier rather than more complicated. It makes me feel safer on the jobsite and more effective as carpenter. Allergic reactions to high tanning wood dust have been a thing of the past since beginning my usage of the envo mask. This is the first valve respirator that I’ve used that makes me feel confident that it’s doing its job. If this product hits the market I will certainly use envo mask over any disposable mask. Ergonomically it is also very comfortable and seems well built enough to survive extended usage on site.
The only maintenance required is to change the filters and wipe out condensation from the inside of the mask after use. The storage case is also very convenient, but could use a belt clip for use on tool belts.

All in all, I’ve been very happy with my experience and would recommend Envo Mask to anyone in the construction of carpentry business. My coworkers have been jealous of the complete air seal and ease of use.

Mask works well, Case is good, headgear takes time to get used to
Instead of using 4-5 paper masks a day, I now use 2 filters when I am sanding the worst stuff.
Big improvement Replacement filters cost less than paper masks too so the savings gets bigger over time.
Headgear takes a little getting used to but I prefer it now.
