What is in the envo® pro kit?
Each envo® pro respirator kit comes with a mask body, filter cage, three filters, storage case, and Holo headgear. You may choose either the N95 or N99 kit, which indicates the type of filter protection that comes with the kit.

- Filter Cage: The filter cage is a plastic frame that holds the filter in place on top of the mask body. It shapes and protects the filter from physical damage caused by handling.
- Filters (3): Depending on which kit you choose, the envo® pro kit comes with either three N95 filters or three N99 filters with an exhalation valve. Both filter types are NIOSH-Approved
- Storage Case: The storage case makes it easy to keep your mask components clean and in one place.

Product Information
What is the difference between the envo® mask and the envo® pro?
The envo® mask is an elastomeric quarter-facepiece respirator with N95 approval. It is smaller than the envo® pro, and it comes in one size. Additionally, the envo® mask is available with or without an exhalation valve.
The envo® pro is an elastomeric half-facepiece respirator that comes in two sizes, regular and extra-large. It is larger than the envo® mask, as it covers the nose, mouth, and chin. It is available with an N95-approved filter or an N99-approved filter with an exhalation valve.
Can I order both headgear options with my respirator?
Only for the envo® mask. For example, if you order the envo® mask with Holo headgear, you will need to order QuickFit headgear as an accessory. The envo® pro only works with Holo headgear, and it is not approved for use with QuickFit headgear.
Can I replace my Holo headgear with QuickFit headgear and vice versa?
The headgear is interchangeable only for the envo® mask, but not the envo® pro.
What is the purpose of the envo® mask shield?
The envo® mask shield is a physical barrier that protects the filter. Install the shield by clipping it onto the mask’s filter cover. It is an added measure of protection for those working in harsher environments. The shield only works with the envo® mask respirator.
What is the purpose of the vent plug on the envo® mask?
The vent plug provides two-way protection in the envo® mask that comes with an exhalation valve. Without the plug, the mask with an exhalation valve protects you from environmental particulates only. If you choose to use the plug, it will protect others from your air droplets that may carry a virus. The vent plug installs inside the filter cover and plugs the vent holes. If you purchase a mask without an exhalation valve, you do not need to use the vent plug.
Usage
Do envo® respirators filter out odors such as gas or vapors?
Envo® mask and envo® pro N95 and N99 respirators do not protect against gases or vapors, and they do not provide oxygen. The “N” designation means the mask is not resistant to the effects of oil mists.
How long can I use a filter before removing and discarding it?
Please follow NIOSH N95 guidelines or consult your company’s safety officer. If the filter reaches maximum load and breathing becomes labored, immediately leave the contaminated environment then replace the filter with a new filter. If the filter material is physically damaged or soiled, you must discard and replace the filter.
Always follow the guidelines provided by your company’s safety officer. For additional information, visit the CDC publication on filter usage provided by the National Personal Protective Technology Laboratory (NPPTL). Here is an excerpt from the CDC website published by the National Protective Technology Laboratory (NPPTL).
How is a user seal check performed?
To learn more about how to perform a user seal check, please visit the Center for Disease Control (CDC) website here.
Can the filter be cleaned or reprocessed?
A filter may never be cleaned or reprocessed. Once you remove the filter from the mask, immediately discard the filter.
Does condensation in the mask affect the filter?
Condensation may occur when wearing the mask, which is normal. If condensation occurs, you do not need to replace the filter. Most of the moisture in your breath will escape through the filter of your mask. N95 and N99 respirators trap more moisture than cloth masks, but their filters allow enough air through so that a user can maintain a natural temperature. People experience temperatures differently, and some tend to be warmer than others. Our respirators cover up part of your skin that isn’t typically covered. Thus, this area cannot evaporate sweat and moisture, which may accumulate as you breathe out and moisture becomes trapped under the respirator.
