Thank you for visiting and shopping at envomask.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

We are currently shipping within 48 hours of your order. Depending on where you are shipping to, delivery times will vary.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed prior to checkout. Factors include shipping method, total purchase and carrier.

Shipment Method

Customer may choose UPS or USPS. Shipping rates are quoted at the time of order. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses must be via USPS.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

All Prices Are In US Dollars

If you are quoted in another currency, this is an estimate. Clear Air LLC does not collect Customs fees, Duties and local taxes for international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your envo®mask, Clear Air, LLC (“CALLC”) accepts returns (if not used and in its original packaging) within 30 days of the date of shipment to you.

How do I start the return process?

Contact CALLC’s envo®mask customer service at 603-314-8180 or support@envomask.com within 30 days of your shipment date and provide the order number and details about the item you wish to return. As detailed below, Customer Service will provide you with instructions on how to complete your return.

What items are eligible for a return?

All products are eligible for return and must be in their original packaging (e.g., mask in mask kit box) undamaged, and it must include all original parts and the original packing slip. Returns must be in resalable condition.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the time of shipment to return an item for a full refund. After 30 days from the time of shipment and up to 60 days from the time of shipment, we will deduct a 15% restocking fee from your refund. We do not accept returns after 60 days from the time of shipment. Refunds within 30 days include the product’s original cost, taxes, and return shipping (if applicable, and up to $20.00) credited to your original payment method. If the customer pays for the return shipping, we will refund the returned shipping fees up to $20.00. After 30 days, CALLC will not pay for any return shipping fees.

What do I need to return an item?

Customer service will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for each return and email you a return label to ship your return to Clear Air LLC/envo®mask, ATTN: Customer Service, 5 Merrill Industrial Dr., Hampton, NH 03842. The sender must write the RMA# on the outside of the box. If the sender does not note the RMA# on the outside of the package, it will not be possible for CALLC to process your return.
